Cyril Leonard advised BSI on the sale and leaseback of their 150,000 sq
ft office headquarters for approximately £42m. BSI entered into a 15 year lease
on ground to 11th floors, providing approximately 100,000 sq ft and six
individual leases on floors 12 to 17, for a term of 3 years with the ability to
surrender the lease once acceptable tenants had been identified.
