Cyril Leonard were instructed by a global pharmaceutical company to source a new warehouse and office accommodation and to relocate business units from Kings Hill, Queensborough and elsewhere in Sittingbourne.
Cyril Leonard worked with their client to short-list properties and sites to be considered and ultimately advised the client to enter into an agreement for lease to build a bespoke facility on a suitable site in Sittingbourne due to the lack of existing buildings available which suited our client’s criteria.
Cyril Leonard negotiated with the Developers and Landlords of various potential sites and carried out necessary due diligence on our client’s behalf, ultimately engaging in substantive negotiations for a bespoke facility at Precision Park.
Cyril Leonard’s Project & Building Consultancy team project managed the design and build process from start to finish with particular emphasis on the potential future need for expansion space, the specification and high level of fit out and our client’s business requirements. Delivery of the new bespoke 73,000 sq. ft. Office, Warehouse and R&D Facility was a month ahead of target date.
