Cyril Leonard were appointed for the second time by US hedge fund managers Blue Mountain to advise on their relocation to larger premises.

Cyril Leonard identified and secured the subject property. Terms were then agreed on a floor of 8,000 sq ft in this newly completed prime office by Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan.

A rent of £102.50 per sq ft was agreed and Cyril Leonard were successful in agreeing a rent free period equating to approximately 20 months over the term of the lease.
