Bavaria’s new State Secretary Franz Joseph Pschierer was guest speaker at a D Group Germany event hosted by Cyril Leonard’s Munich office on November 4 2008.

Leading figures from the real estate and finance sectors in Munich were present at the event which focused on “Investment Strategies and Privatisation Activities of the State of Bavaria”.

Cyril Leonard has been a member of the D Group, one of the most prestigious networking organisations in the UK, for more than 10 years but it is the first time that the property consultants and asset managers have held such an event in Germany.

“It was a great success with a good discussion and we hope that it will be just the first of many such networking events,” said Managing Director of Cyril Leonard Germany Elmar Schilling.

“The greatest advantage of this networking event was that the number of participants was limited to 20, which enabled guests to participate in a subsequent discussion exchanging the ideas with the speaker as well as the other participants,” said Partner at Osborne Clarke Munich Philip Meichssner.
