Cyril Leonard welcomes Boyse International

Cyril Leonard's Asset Management team is pleased to announce that it has recently been instructed by Boyse International Ltd to manage the company's portfolio of Central London office buildings.

The team will manage the buildings let out to third party tenants on a day to day basis, collecting rents and other charges together with maintaining the services required within the buildings. This will also involve working closely with the Agency team who will be responsible for letting any space that becomes vacant within the portfolio in order to minimise voids and lost income for the client.

Tom Butt, a Partner in Cyril Leonard's Investment team, is advising Boyse International on overall investment strategy both in terms of current holdings and potential acquisitions. He introduced the client to Cyril Leonard's Asset Management team and, between them; they were able to display to the client the benefits of a single point of service covering both the strategy and day to day management of the portfolio.
