Double disposal for Halladale

Halladale advised by Cyril Leonard has recently sold both Lancashire House and Case House located on Monument Hill, Weybridge for a combined value of £3,960,000.

Lancashire House was sold to property company Artesian Property Partnership for £1,810,000 reflecting a net initial of 7.3%. The building is multi let and provides approximately 7,700 sq ft of office accommodation producing a rental income of £141,312 pa.

The adjacent building Case House was sold to an owner occupier for a price of £2,150,000 reflecting a capital value of £175 psf. The vacant building that was in need of refurbishment and provided approximately 12,245 sq ft of office accommodation benefited from 28 car parking spaces.
