Westgate Centre

Hodgson & Faraday have purchased the Westgate Centre in Romsey for a price of £3,000,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 6.30% from a Private Investor. The Westgate Centre is let to Brookes & Gatehouse Limited, who design, manufacture and distribute marine navigation and related commercial instruments as used by Dame Ellen MacArthur.

The Westgate Centre is situated on a site of 1.3 acres and provides three modern industrial buildings built in the early 1990’s and currently produces an income of £200,000 per annum equating to £6.52 per sq ft.

Cyril Leonard advised Hodgson and Faraday on the acquisition and Harris Associates advised the Vendor.
