Remaining Floor at Cleveland House, 33 King StreetPosted: 19/03/2006Palamon Capital Partners have taken the entire sixth floor totalling 8,200 sq ft (762 sq m), at Cleveland House, 33 King Street, St James’s SW1 from Chubb Plc, a division of United Technologies. Inc. Palamon entered into a new lease expiring in 2017 subject to review but without a lease break, at a rent equivalent to £70 per sq ft and in addition received a rent-free period as a contribution towards their fit out. |
