The Business Rates & Property Taxation Department acts on behalf of clients spread across the whole of the United Kingdom, covering all types of commercial property.
Specialist services provided by the Department include:
* Valuation of commercial property for rating purposes.
* Negotiation of appeals against rating assessments.
* Representation of client's cases at Valuation and/or Lands Tribunal.
* Management of client's rates liabilities and liaison with Local Authorities.
* Mitigation of rates liabilities for wholly or partially vacant properties.
