40 and 50 Eastbourne Terrace
Cyril Leonard’s Building Consultancy Team completed pre-purchase surveys and preparation of technical due diligence reports in connection with a Pension Fund Client’s purchase of two large office investments at No’s 40 and 50 Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington. The two buildings originally constructed in the 1960’s provide approximately 130,000 sq. ft of office space and were acquired for circa £76 million.
The instruction involved coordination and input of advice from M&E Consultants and Structural Engineers and working closely with the Purchaser’s legal team, Managing Agents, and the Vendors.
