We have provided Northleaf Capital with leasing and Landlord and Tenant advice since 2016 after a referral from another long-standing client. Our original brief was on a rent review and subsequent disposal of the 4th floor of 14 Waterloo Place that led to negotiating terms for the entire 3rd floor of circa 3,000 sq ft, where we additionally advised on and project managed the fit-out.
We have more recently carried out a search for alternative larger offices and agreed terms on a floor of approx. 8,000 sq ft in 48 Dover Street, Mayfair, a Grade A office building constructed 10 years ago.
