Amalgamated Berkshire Investments
Much of our work is relationship driven with clients over a significant period of time. One example of this is with Amalgamated Berkshire Investments where the relationship has passed across generations between the client and us. When Geoffrey Barber handed over the reins to his son Neill, the portfolio was ready for rebalancing and growth following the Credit Crunch 2008-10. The goal was set between the us and the client to improve the quality of the assets of the portfolio, increase the income strength and diversify risk. Over the past 5 years we have disposed of two assets, acquired two assets and been involved in strategic advice on others.
