Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct

Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct

Cyril Leonard’s Project and Building Consultancy Team has been appointed by Royal London to project manage the feasibility and initial pre-application stage of the proposed redevelopment of this prestigious office building, having originally provided technical due diligence advice during the building’s acquisition. Currently circa 350,000 sq ft GIA of office and retail space, Atlantic House is located on the corner of Holborn Viaduct at a key gateway site to the City of London, within 2 minutes’ walk of Farringdon Crossrail and directly opposite the new London Museum.

Following the initial pre-bid feasibility and technical due diligence work, the Project and Building Consultancy Team is working with a full consultant team to undertake a detailed feasibility exercise assessing the options for a comprehensive retrofit and extension scheme. The proposals aim to deliver a best-in-class office-led development with global occupier appeal, delivering on RLAM’s ambitious ESG targets, whilst providing significantly enhanced ground floor activation and public realm improvements in consultation with the City of London.
