Cyril Leonard were instructed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services in relation to the refurbishment and extension of this 1960’s office on behalf of a private property company. The works included roof level extensions as well as development into the existing courtyard. The completed scheme provided an increase in floor area of 16,000 sq ft and obtained an EPC A rating.
