Bio

Andrew is a former major Shareholding Director of Cyril Leonard where he was responsible for the Capital Markets and Leasing & Acquisition Teams. Andrew continues to advise clients on both investment acquisitions and disposals as well as complex development projects where he advises developers, investors and corporate occupiers with a focus on development funding.

Project sectors include Logistics/R&D/production, offices, student accommodation, hotels, retail warehousing and residential.

Property clients include La Salle Investment Management, Legal & General, Helical, Goodman, Baylight and Barwood Capital. Corporate Clients include M&C Saatchi, Alstom/GE, ABTA and Abbott.

Andrew is a member of the RICS, a Registered Valuer, and a Member of the IPF. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Reading. Andrew is Chairman of the CiaO Foundation a charity that helps individuals to overcome both physical and mental challenges.
