Bio

David is an Associate Director in the CL Project and Building Consultancy team.

He joined CL in March 2022 after 17 years at Brasier Freeth where he started as an undergraduate, progressing to Associate level.

David has a BSc Honours Degree in Building Surveying and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2015. He is also an APC Counsellor, mentoring and helping candidates through the RICS APC process.

David has extensive experience across commercial and residential property types, providing advice to owners, occupiers, developers and investors at pre-acquisition stage and throughout property lifecycles and occupancies.

In addition to offering project management and development monitoring services, he also provides a range of Building Surveying professional services, including advising Landlords and Tenants on dilapidations matters.
