Imogen joined Cyril Leonard in 2024 as Office and Operations Manager and has since transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager. With a background in people, operations and client engagement, she now focuses on driving growth, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities for the firm.

Originally from Australia, Imogen brings a fresh perspective, drawing on her international experience to support strategic development and enhance client services. She works closely with senior leadership to build partnerships, support long-term business objectives and ensure the firm continues to deliver a high standard of service.
