James Pringle is a Senior Project Surveyor and works within the Project and Building Consultancy team. James joined the firm in 2026 having gained over 4 years of experience at Knight Frank as a building surveyor, where he developed his technical knowledge working on various asset classes with a particular focus on retail, office, heritage and central London mixed-use assets. James has extensive experience undertaking all types of building surveying services, however is particularly experienced and passionate about project management, contract administration and dilapidations matters for both landlords and tenants. James gained his chartership and became a member of the RICS in 2023.
