Bio

Karim Marcelle is a Junior Building Manager within the Property & Asset Management team. Prior to joining Cyril Leonard in 2026, Karim spent two years at Dexters, where he managed a mixed-use property portfolio. Prior to this he held Commercial management roles at Colliers International and Knight Frank gaining extensive experience in stakeholder management,  developing communication, organisational  and analytical skills. Karim has built effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of property and asset management objectives.
