Mary Hanneysee joined Cyril Leonard in 2026 to assist in the delivery of both commercial and residential projects, arriving with extensive hands-on experience supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

In her current role, Mary provides key support to project teams, assisting with project coordination, including programme and action tracking, as well as maintaining accurate, up-to-date project documentation. Through her organised approach and attention to detail, she helps ensure projects are effectively managed and delivered in line with client expectations.

Prior to joining Cyril Leonard, Mary gained experience in the Australian construction sector, working across both new build and insurance-related residential projects. She liaised closely with contractors and key stakeholders, supporting communication and coordination throughout all stages of the build process. Her project delivery experience includes document, programme and risk management, giving her a strong practical understanding of design and construction processes.
