Bio

Patrick joined Cyril Leonard in 2021 after completing his BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Over the past four and a half years, he has gained extensive experience across multiple property sectors, working on a wide range of transactions and building a diverse client base. Patrick is part of the Capital Markets and Leasing team and became a Chartered Surveyor in 2024 after successfully passing his APC.
