Cyril Leonard advised a private property company on the purchase of this prime Mayfair freehold office building in January 2016 for a price of £14.25m equating to circa £2,036 per sq ft. The property is let in its entirety to Hillpark Ltd, an accountancy firm, until November 2023 at a low passing rent of £350,000 p.a. / £49.98 per sq ft and is suitable for owner occupation or change of use once the tenant vacates. We sold the freehold interest for £18m equating to circa £2,500 psf in April 2016 after receiving an off-market approach from an overseas investor.
