The second acquisition was Central Estate, Denmark Street, Maidenhead, SL6 7BN, which is a prime multi let industrial estate, close to the town centre and acquired from an institutional Fund. Since acquisition rents have increased sharply and whilst at the same time there has been significant yield compression. We are continually working with ABI on their portfolio, we also work alongside ABI with the Charity CiaO Foundation (https://www.ciaofoundation.com/).
