As Corporate Property Real Estate Advisors to M&C Saatchi Plc., Cyril Leonard advised on the re-structuring of their lease on their new UK HQ, 36 Golden Square, London, W1. The lease restructure facilitated the extensive refurbishment of the entire property which involved decanting part of the business to temporary office accommodation in Warwick Street whilst the building works were undertaken. The cost of the relocation and the building works were funded by the Landlord and also M&C Saatchi benefited from a rent free period on completion of the building works.
The design specification costing and project management of the building works were undertaken by Cyril Leonard’s Project and Building Consultancy team.
