As corporate real estate advisors to Alstom and GE in Stafford, Cyril Leonard structured the acquisition of two adjoining sites on the Redhill Business Park from Stafford County Council to facilitate the development of two phases of development comprising 200,000 sq ft and 180,000 sq ft respectively of R&D, production, assembly, storage and office buildings which were both developed by Goodman with Phase One also funded by Goodman and Phase Two by Legal & General.
