Cyril Leonard advised Baylight Properties Plc., on the sale of this 1.6 acre estate comprising of retail, restaurant, office and residential accommodation with frontages to Cowcross Street, Britton Street and St John’s Street. The buildings totalled circa 35,000 sq ft. The properties were fully let to tenants including Starbucks, Byron Burger, Itsu and GDF Suez. The Cowcross Estate was sold to DTZi Investors for a price of £43.75m to reflect a net initial yield of 2.75%.
