The buildings totalled circa 35,000 sq ft. The properties were fully let to tenants including Starbucks, Byron Burger, Itsu and GDF Suez. The Cowcross Estate was sold to DTZi Investors for a price of £43.75m to reflect a net initial yield of 2.75%.
