The property was purchased off market from Alpha Real Capital LLP. The lease to Sainsbury’s had just over 18 years unexpired and the rent of circa £1,800,000 pa is reviewed annually in line with RPI with a cap and collar at 1% and 3%. The acquisition was funded for the client with a combination of debt and equity.
