Cyril Leonard has been responsible for the management of this 160,000 sq ft mixed use office, workshop and retail building for many years and have been retained by several owners during this time. The property itself occupies a prominent location in the heart of Maidstone town centre right on the banks of the River Medway.

The building is multi-occupied by a variety of companies whose uses include furniture retail warehousing, architects, sign makers, dance school, recording studio, martial arts gym, charities and artists.

Cyril Leonard maximised the value of the asset within agreed strategic guidelines by increasing the rental income stream. This role included negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals with existing tenants together with identifying opportunities for lease re-gears. Cyril Leonard is also responsible for arranging new lettings in vacant accommodation.  Furthermore, Cyril Leonard was tasked with looking at options to improve the facilities within the building in order to improve the potential rental levels achievable. Long term options were also considered.
