Cyril Leonard’s Project and Building Consultancy Team have been instructed by SRG to act as Development and Project Managers to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment and extension to these beautiful Georgian townhouse offices, looking along the whole length of what is arguably London’s best preserved Georgian streets.

Working with a full project team including Buckley Gray Yeoman, Heyne Tillet Steel, GDM and CHP, Planning and Listed Building Consent was achieved in July with DP9 acting as Planning Consultants. The Client has now appointed Faithdean as Main Contractor who commenced work in December, with works due for completion in Q4 2021.

The three townhouses will provide high quality and elegant office accommodation within heritage buildings with views down the length of Bedford Row. Farebrother are instructed to let the accommodation and have worked with the team to assist in developing a top quality design and specification.
