Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct – Cyril Leonard appointed by Royal London to commence redevelopment feasibility

Cyril Leonard is delighted to announce that our Project and Building Consultancy Team has been appointed by Royal London to project manage the feasibility and initial pre-application stage of the proposed redevelopment of Atlantic House, a prestigious office building in the heart of the City. Our team had previously provided technical due diligence advice during the acquisition of the property

Atlantic House currently comprises circa 350,000 sq ft GIA of office and retail space and occupies a prominent position on Holborn Viaduct, a key gateway site to the City of London, just two minutes’ walk from Farringdon Crossrail and directly opposite the new London Museum.

Working alongside a full consultant team, we are undertaking a detailed feasibility exercise to explore options for a comprehensive retrofit and extension scheme. The project aspires to create a best-in-class office-led development with strong global occupier appeal, aligning with RLAM’s ESG targets, whilst also delivering ground floor activation in consultation with the City of London.
