The Landlord, Aviva undertook an extensive refurbishment to Grade A specification. The building
provides approximately 54,000 sq ft of net
lettable office accommodation arranged
over ground and two upper floors
together with 220 car parking spaces on
site. The new lease commenced on completion of the
landlord’s works. Cyril Leonard’s Project & Building Consultancy team
monitored the landlord’s works on behalf of the client.
